HFVC and Events 4 Youth supported a group of young people from the Chelsea FC Kickz Project with the planning and the running of the World Mental Health Day.
Over the past few months, we have been developing a team of ‘Health and Well Being Volunteers’, a new volunteer workforce to support adults in the borough who are in receipt of social care services.
